Giants Nearing Deal With Tim Hudson

The San Francisco Giants are nearing an agreement with free-agent Tim Hudson.
The deal is reportedly worth $23 million over two seasons.
Bobby Evans, San Francisco's assistant general manager, says nothing is completed but "we are close."
Hudson went 8-7 with a 3.97 ERA in 21 starts this season for Atlanta, with his season cut short by a broken ankle.
