The Rangers have agreed to terms with right-handed pitcher Colby Lewis on a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training, according to an ESPN.com report on Saturday.
If Lewis makes the major league team, he'll make $2M in base salary and can earn up to another $4M in incentives.
Lewis hasn't pitched since the midway though the 2012 season. He had surgery to repair a torn flexor in his elbow and during this past season had hip surgery.
