The New York Yankees have made Carlos Beltran their No. 1 target, according to sources.
New York agreed to terms with Brian McCann over the weekend and they are waiting to meet with Robinson Cano about re-signing the second baseman.
The Yankees prefer Beltran to Shin-Soo Choo, Nelson Cruz and Jacoby Ellsbury, according to a source.
