Jacoby Ellsbury has reached agreement on a seven-year deal with the New York Yankees.

got to consider his impact with the base stealing, and above average defense. with those 2 skills he is a game changer. with the short right field in yahnkee stadium he will hit quite a few more HRs. but he rarely has injury free seasons. all in all i do think they overpaid but thats the yankees. i am upset to see him got to NYY being a Sox fan but the Sox just didnt want him for that money so thats the end of that. money dont buy you Championships.

Money doesn't buy you championships? Really? Haven't the Yankees bought like 27 championships? Isn't the next closest team at like 12? Pretty sure money can buy you championships.
