The Colorado Rockies have signed Justin Morneau to a two-year, $13 million deal.
Morneau will replace the retired Todd Helton as the Rockets' left-handed bat at first base.
Morneau has been limited over the past few seasons due to concussion symptoms, but had an OPS of .734 in 635 plate appearances last season with the Minnesota Twins and Pittsburgh Pirates.
