Scott Feldman Signs Three-Year, $30M Contract With Astros

The Houston Astros have agreed upon a three-year, $30 million contract with Scott Feldman.
Feldman split time last season with the Chicago Cubs and Baltimore Orioles.
Feldman had a 3.86 ERA in 30 starts in 2013.
