Rafael Furcal Signs One-Year, $3M Contract With Marlins

The Miami Marlins have signed Rafael Furcal to a one-year, $3 million deal that also includes incentives.
Furcal missed all of the 2013 season due to Tommy John surgery.
Furcal will start at second base for the Marlins.
