Phillies Willing To Pick Up Salary In Papelbon Trade

The Philadelphia Phillies are still looking to trade Jonathan Papelbon.
"They're selling the [crap] out of him," one club representative said.
Papelbon is owed $26 million over the next two seasons and Philadelphia is willing to pay some of that money, according to sources.
The Phillies have been looking to move the closer since July.
