Nationals Targeted Jose Molina As Backup

The Washington Nationals may be in need of depth at catcher, but that isn't due to lack of effort.
They had interest in Jose Molina, but he wanted to play closer to home and signed with the Tampa Bay Rays.
Washington did sign Chris Snyder to a minor league contract.
