Phillies Sign Cedeno To Minors Deal

Ronny Cedeno has agreed to a Minor League contract with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Cedeno is joining his seventh team in 10 years. He is a .246 hitter with 40 homers and 239 RBIs in 868 games.
