Cesar Izturis To Sign With Astros

The Houston Astros will sign Cesar Izturis to a Minor League contract with an invitation to Spring Training.
Izturis spent the 2013 season with the Cincinnati Reds, where he batted .209/.259/.271 in 142 plate appearances.
