Manuel Returns To Phillies As Adviser

Charlie Manuel is returning to the Philadelphia Phillies as an adviser to Ruben Amaro.
The 70-year-old former manager will be a senior adviser.
Manuel and the Phillies briefly parted ways last season after the club elected to replace the veteran skipper with Ryne Sandberg on Aug. 16.
