Charlie Manuel Returns To Phils As Adviser

Charlie Manuel has returned to the Phillies as a senior adviser to GM Ruben Amaro Jr., according to an ESPN.com report.
Manuel was offered a position the day he was fired. He accepted earlier this week and the team made the announcement Friday.
