Sources: Cubs Will Outbid Teams For Tanaka

Industry sources believe the Chicago Cubs will outbid the field in terms of both money and years for Masahiro Tanaka this week.
Tanaka has to agree to a deal with a Major League team by this Friday.
None of the clubs expected to bid on Tanaka know what rivals are/will bid on the Japanese right-hander.
