The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed Chone Figgins to a Minor League contract.

Figgins has also been invited to Spring Training.

He has a .277 career batting average with 35 home runs and 402 RBIs in 11 seasons with the Los Angeles Angels and Seattle Mariners.

I hope Figgins makes the cut (which I think he will) since he can play multiple positions and most importantly spell Uribe at third.
