Balfour's Deal With Rays Is Slightly Backloaded

Grant Balfour has officially been signed by the Tampa Bay Rays.
Balfour will earn $5 million in 2014 and $7 million in 2015.
The $5 million he will earn in 2014 comes in the form of a $4 million salary and a $1 million signing bonus.
