Nationals, Rays Discussing Lobaton Swap

The Tampa Bay Rays and Washington Nationals have been discussing a potential trade involving Jose Lobaton for the last month.
However, the two clubs can't agree on the players the Rays would acquire.
Tampa Bay is not in a hurry to trade Lobaton, but a number of teams have expressed interest.
