The Miami Marlins have agreed to a one-year, $1.25 million contract, according to source.
Marmol, 31, was 2-4 with a 4.41 ERA and two saves in 52 games with the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers last season.
The deal, subject to a physical exam, could include other incentives.
