Braves, Julio Teheran Agree To Six-Year Extension

The Atlanta Braves have agreed to a six-year contract extension with Julio Teheran that includes a club option for 2020.
"We are excited to sign Julio to a long-term contract," Frank Wren said. "He is one of the best young pitchers in the National League and one of our core of players we expect to be together for a number of years."
The terms of the contract were not revealed, but reports have indicated that the deal is worth $32.4 million.
