O's Close To Deal With Nelson Cruz

The Orioles are close to a deal with free agent Nelson Cruz a source familiar with the negotiations confirmed to ESPN.com.
A source told ESPNdeportes.com that Cruz will sign a one-year, $8 million contract that includes $750,000 in incentives. If the deal is completed, Cruz would become the Orioles' primary designated hitter.
