Twins legend Rod Carew will throw the ceremonial first pitch of the 85th Midsummer Classic on Tuesday, July 15th, Major League Baseball announced today.
Additionally, St. Paul natives Jack Morris, Paul Molitor and Dave Winfield will be joined by Twins first baseman and six-time MLB All-Star Joe Mauer to throw the first pitches prior to the Gillette Home Run Derby on Monday, July 14th.
Eight-time MLB All-Star Tony Oliva threw out the first pitch of the 2014 SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game.
