Padres Get Justin Upton From Braves

The San Diego Padres have acquired Justin Upton from the Atlanta Braves, according to sources.
What Atlanta will receive in return for the outfielder is not yet known.
The 27-year-old will make $14.5 million in 2015 and is set for free agency in 2016.
