Paul Maholm has signed a Minor League contract with the Cincinnati Reds.
The Reds have invited him to Major League spring training with a chance to earn a roster spot.
The 32-year-old pitched for the Los Angeles Dodgers last season before tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee while covering first base on Aug. 1.
