The Toronto Blue Jays will acquire Mark Lowe from the Seattle Mariners, according to a report.
Seattle will get three Minor League players from Toronto in the deal.
Lowe has a 1.00 ERA, 11.8 strikeouts per nine innings and a 36.5 ground ball rate for Seattle this season.
