The Baltimore Orioles are trying hard to acquire Andrew Cashner in a trade with the San Diego Padres, according to sources.
The Miami Marlins and Texas Rangers are still in on Cashner as well.
San Diego has also discussed Melvin Upton, Jr. with Baltimore.
