Blue Jays Make Three-Year Offer To Brett Cecil

The Toronto Blue Jays have offered Brett Cecil a three-year offer in hopes of retaining him, according to a report.
Cecil had a 3.93 ERA this past season, but averaged 11 strikeouts and just two walks per nine innings.
