The Cleveland Indians are expected to finalize their contract agreement with Edwin Encarnacion this week.
The two sides reportedly agreed to terms on Dec. 22, but have yet to formally announce the deal.
Encarnacion, 33, is expected to take a physical in Cleveland on Tuesday.
