The Arizona Diamondbacks have agreed to a one-year, $1.5 million contract with Daniel Descalso.
Descalso has a $1.35 million salary this season. The deal also carries a $2 million option for 2018 with a $150,000 buyout.
The 30-year-old hit .264 with 12 doubles and 38 RBIs in 99 games with the Colorado Rockies last season.
