Brian Dozier, Nationals Agree Upon One-Year, $9M Deal

The Washington Nationals have reached an agreement on a one-year, $9 million deal with Brian Dozier, according to sources.
Dozier, 31, got off to a slow start with the Minnesota Twins and was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers on July 31.
