The Colorado Rockies are at \"the finals\" in extension talks with Nolan Arenado, according to owner Dick Monfort.
Arenado could hit free agency next offseason.
If he lands an extension worth around $250 million soon, it could lead to Bryce Harper and/or Manny Machado asking for that much -- if not more -- in free agency.
