Marcell Ozuna is \"very unlikely\" to accept the $17.8 million qualifying offer from the St. Louis Cardinals.
The deadline to accept or reject the qualifying offer is Thursday, Nov. 14.
If he rejects the offer, the Cardinals would be entitled to draft pick compensation in free agency.
