Nationals shortstop Trea Turner underwent surgery on his broken right index finger on Saturday, and he shared a photo from his hospital bed on Instagram following the procedure. The 26-year-old broke the finger when he squared to bunt and was hit by a pitch from the Phillies\' Zach Eflin on April 2 in Washington.
