The Major League postseason is less than a week away and Rob Manfred says baseball is pushing forward with plans to host fans at both the NLCS and World Series.

After the best-of-three Wild Card Series in each league, play will shift entirely to bubbles in Southern California and Texas for the LDS, LCS and World Series.

\"We are pressing ahead to have fans in Texas,\" Manfred said. \"One of the most important things to our game is the presence of fans. Starting down the path of having fans in stadiums, and in a safe and risk-free environment, is very, very important to our game.\"

The NLCS and World Series will be played at the brand new Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. Texas is currently in Phase 3 of its reopening plan, which allows open-air stadiums to admit up to 50 percent capacity.

stupid idea. You will not have any local teams in NLCS or WS. so you would e inviting tens of thousands of people to travel from out of state to Dallas area. It is beyond stupid.
