The Boston Red Sox have agreed to a one-year, $3 million deal with Marwin Gonzalez, according to sources.
Gonzalez, 31, spent the last two seasons with the Minnesota Twins. He spent seven seasons with the Houston Astros before that.
His best year came in 2017 when he hit .303/.377/.530 with 23 homers and 90 RBIs.
