Yoenis Cespedes intends to play in 2021 and will hold a showcase for Major League teams on March 2 in Florida, according to a report.

Cespedes returned to the field for the New York Mets last season for the first time since July 20, 2018, but only appeared in eight games before electing not to play the rest of the season due to COVID-related reasons.
