Starling Marte has a partial non-displaced fracture on his right middle finger and is day-to-day, the New York Mets have announced.
Marte took a 96 mph fastball from Mitch Keller of the Pittsburgh Pirates to the middle finger on his right hand on Tuesday.
The outfielder didn\'t play in either of the Mets\' two games against the Pirates on Wednesday.
