Edwin Diaz was carted off the field after Wednesday night\'s World Baseball Classic game between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
The New York Mets\' closer injured his right knee while Puerto Rico celebrated a 5-2 win.
Diaz was helped off the field by trainers without putting weight on his right leg. He was helped into a wheelchair and taken off the field.
The Mets announced he\'s going for further imaging on Thursday.
