Rob Manfred Expected To Be Re-Elected Next Week

Major League Baseball owners will vote next week to determine whether to retain Rob Manfred as commissioner, according to a report.
A source told The Athletic that it\'s \"a foregone conclusion\" Manfred will be re-elected.
The last time Manfred was up for re-election, after the 2018 season, he was unanimously approved for a five-year extension.
Manfred will only need to secure a simple majority for an extension.
