Buck Showalter is interested in the Los Angeles Angels\' managerial vacancy, according to a report.

Showalter, 67, recently stepped down as New York Mets manager after a disappointing season.

The Mets finished 75-87 despite the highest payroll in Major League history. In 2022, however, Showalter led the club to 101 wins and the playoffs.
