Mets Trade Prospect To Brewers For Adrian Houser, Tyrone Taylor

The Mets continued adding to their stockpile of pitching options on Wednesday, acquiring right-hander Adrian Houser and outfielder Tyrone Taylor from the Brewers for pitching prospect Coleman Crow.

Dodgers get Ohtani
Yankees get Soto
Mets get the shaft

Nah. This is just a very nice small move. No complaints here. We're in on Mr. Moto. I like the Mets' chances on landing him. MLB Network's Chris Russo (a Giants' fan) thinks that it's going to be the Mets. Even if we lose out on him, I think that we'll sign Montgomery, Imanaga or Giolito (for a one-year deal). The '24 FA class is the big one.
