Franmil Reyes Close To Signing With NPB Club

Franmil Reyes is close to signing with the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters of Nippon Professional Baseball, according to reports.
Reyes hit .260/.325/.503 with 92 home runs with the San Diego Padres and Cleveland Guardians over 1,540 plate appearances during the 2018-21 seasons.
He has hit only .217/.268/.356 with 16 homers in 538 PA since the start of the 2022 season, while striking out over a third of the time.
