Phillies, Jalvin Arias Agree To $1.4M Deal

The Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to a $1.4 million deal with Dominican outfielder Jalvin Arias, according to sources.
Many clubs showed interest in Arias, 17, who has trained in the Dominican Republic with Cristian Batista.
