The San Diego Padres have shown interest in Michael Lorenzen and Noah Syndergaard, according to a report.
The Padres need rotation help after losing Seth Lugo, Nick Martinez and Michael Wacha to free agency.
San Diego is expected to have a payroll around $200 million and their current 2024 Opening Day payroll is approximately $165 million.
