The San Diego Padres made a flurry of moves this offseason, but they targeted several more.
The Padres made \"a strong offer\" to the Miami Marlins for Luis Arraez, according to a report, and might have been even more interested in Jesus Luzardo.
San Diego\'s interest in Luzardo likely ended when they dealt for Dylan Cease in mid-March.
