Phillies Acquire Jonah Dipoto From Royals

The Philadelphia Phillies have acquired pitcher Jonah Dipoto from the Kansas City Royals in exchange for cash considerations.
Philadelphia has assigned Dipoto to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Dipoto, 27, is the son of former Major League pitcher and current Seattle Mariners president of baseball operations Jerry Dipoto.
