Orioles Sign Julio Teheran To Minor League Deal

The Baltimore Orioles have signed free agent right-hander Julio Teheran.
Teheran, 33, who spent time with the Orioles in spring training, agreed to a minor league deal. He will report to Triple-A Norfolk.
The Orioles needed depth in the starting rotation after both John Means and Tyler Wells were lost for the season.
