Phillies Acquire Ruben Cardenas From Rays

The Philadelphia Phillies have acquired minor league outfielder Ruben Cardenas from the Tampa Bay Rays.
Tampa Bay will receive cash considerations in the deal.
Cardenas wasn\'t on the Rays\' 40-man roster and therefore won\'t require a roster spot with the Phillies.
Cardenas, 26, was a sixth-round selection of the Cleveland Guardians in 2018 but went to the Rays a year later.
