M\'s Place Ty France On IL, Call Up Prospect Tyler Locklear

The Seattle Mariners placed first baseman Ty France on the 10-day injured list with a right heel fracture Sunday while calling up prospect Tyler Locklear to make his major league debut.
France suffered the injury after being hit by a pitch during Friday\'s game against the Kansas City Royals and did not play Saturday. He is batting .251 with 7 home runs and 27 RBIs in 61 games this season.
