They need to fortify their starting rotation behind Corbin Burnes.
Orioles general manager Mike Elias has indicated he covets starting pitchers who are under team control beyond the current season. Elias also revealed that the club will have payroll flexibility.
When asked about payroll considerations at the deadline, Elias said owner David Rubenstein is \"prepared to support our pursuits in that area.\"
