The Tigers view the 27-year-old as key to the team’s rebuild.
According to a report, a Skubal trade \"makes sense only if the Tigers obtain multiple players seen as future All-Stars.\"
The report cites the 2022 trade that sent Juan Soto to the San Diego Padres with the Washington Nationals receiving CJ Abrams, James Wood, MacKenzie Gore, Robert Hassell III, Jarlin Susana and Luke Voit.
